Sea Arch (Devon) is a gin alternative made with seaside botanicals, which captures the spirit of the southwest coast, and also sold in a rose raspberry edition. Also sold in ready-to-drink mixer cans.
Due to quinine, avoid tonic water for pregnancy/nursing and certain medical conditions (liver failure, blood thinners, antibiotics and anti-depressants). Avoid grapefruit and rhubarb tonic waters, if on certain medications (check paper inserts).
Ingredients include hand-harvested sugar kelp (a crinkly kelp that often washes up on beaches, after rough seas). And samphire (often found around rocky Devon coasts and marsh flats).
