This ale is from Shepherd Neame (England’s oldest brewery) in Faversham, Kent. It was started way back in 1698! That was when it was a busy port, no dount the beers were popular with visitig pirates. Shiver me timbers!
Today, the brewery has won awards for its environmental credentials and social responsibility. This beer is vegan-friendly (not filtered with bone char or fish bladder).
