Frownies have been around since the 30s, when Hollywood stars would wear them overnight, before heading to the Oscars. These are temporary fixes that stick to your face using water-based adhesive for a few hours to ‘iron out wrinkles’. Do not use on neck area, nor under the eyes.
When you take them off, your wrinkles return! But they are cheap and harmless, acting like splits on lines between the eyes and crows’ feet. Just tear the perforations, massage your wrinkle lines for 10 seconds, then press and leave for a few hours, soaking with water to remove.
If you have a few lines and wrinkles, then you can just accept laughter lines (!) or use more natural alternatives to Botox. This poison (used to stop sweating for medical use) freezes muscles (and makes you look odd). It’s also very painful and expensive, and due to being a medical product, each fresh batch is (by law) tested on mice.
Beauty obviously is from the inside, so the best way to help your skin is by how you live: good food and more water than wine (!), plenty of gentle exercise, lots of sleep and a bit of general self-care. This will do more than any cream or supplement.
