Obviously you won’t be drinking gin if you’re pregnant or nursing. But check if you have medical conditions, as quinine (found in tonic water) is not safe for some people.
Serve with a little tonic water, a fresh cucumber slice and a sprinkling of dill fronds.
This brand was founded by a woman who grew up in Dulwich. When given a small copper pot still as a gift, she took root in the shed at the bottom of her garden, to create a wonderful organic gin.
