carrot cake overnight oats

Overnight oats is a simple breakfast, with no cooking required. Just measure your ingredients and soak the oats the night before, then add toppings in the morning. Try Carrot Cake Overnight Oats (Crowded Kitchen) served with a cinnamon yoghurt swirl. They combine shredded carrots and chopped dates, or a little maple syrup for a sweeter version.

overnight oats with frozen fruits

Oats have soluble fibre, so they soak up ‘bad cholesterol’ to keep your heart healthy. Oats are also very filling, so ideal to avoid the munchies later on, when the cake trolley comes around!  High Protein Overnight Oats (Crowded Kitchen) are made with frozen fruits.

healthy overnight oats

Healthy Overnight Oats (Simple Veganista) are made with any oats you want (rolled, quick or steel-cut).  This is a greater starter recipe.

I am going to listen to the wind and see what it tells me, or see if it tells me anything at all. I will follow the songlines and see what they sing to me. And I might bring a harvest of fresh tales, which I can scatter like apple seeds across this tired and angry land.
