A Refillable Brand of Natural Toiletries

Miniml is a great Yorkshire brand, which makes cleaning and laundry products (all with natural ingredients – the ‘fragrance’ is all from real essential oils), then packs them into starter kits. You order a starter kit then when our bottles are empty, just send them back to be washed and refills, and get them sent back to you. Good for the planet, and saves money too.

Choose unscented for pregnancy/nursing and affected medical conditions. Keep away from young children and pets.

You basically return 4 x 1 litre of 5 litre containers at the same time, to save on postage. Just scan the QR code on the back label to access the returns portal, then enter the order number, or print out a returns label to arrange for a courier collection. Or drop them off at your local post office for a courier to collect.

There are also an increasing number of refills stations nationwide (like in health or farm shops) which makes things even easier. Just enter your postcode on the website to find the nearest one. They simply ask that shops ensure the safety labels are added to bottles.

The refillable items are then put through an industrial washer, and sent out again. The refill pouches for now are made from plastic, is to ensure they can last through the closed loop process. Not perfect, but this lets the pouches be reused.

All products are made in a soap factory in the Yorkshire Dales, with water supplied from the Yorkshire Moors.
