Simply Vegan Baking is the debut book by Freya, the first vegan contestant on The Great British Bake-Off. If used, choose vegan butters free from palm oil. Keep these recipes away from pets due to toxic ingredients like chocolate, coffee, dried fruits, nuts and fresh dough (can expand in the stomach). Also avoid xylitol (just a few dropped crumbs can be lethal).

Freya is a psychology student, who has taken a year out, to pursue baking. From Scarborough, she was a breath of fresh air on The Great British Bake-Off with her North Yorkshire accent and status as the first plant-based baker on the show. Her missions is to show everyone how effortless and delicious vegan baking is!
