rose vegan lip balm

Battle Green Lip Balms are sold in paper push-up tubes or tubes or metal tins, your choice. In five scents, these are made with cocoa butter and jojoba oil. Choose from mandarin, rose, lime, peppermint or vanilla.

Avoid essential oils for pregnancy/nursing or affected medical conditions (avoid shea butter for latex allergies).

If you have cold sores, don’t go kiss anyone (especially babies, this can lead to serious neonatal herpes).

A Tinted Zero Waste Lip Balm

tinted vegan lip balm

This tinted vegan lip balm in a cardboard tube is made with plant-based ingredients, rather than most tinted lip balms made with beeswax or petroleum jelly (petrol!) in plastic tubes.

Made with love in Devon, it’s made with six natural ingredients including nourishing kokum butter, candelilla wax, red clay & ho wood essential oil. The push-up bottom disc makes it a breeze to use, for a subtle ‘berry stain’. Sent in a recycled envelope.

Scence Vegan Lip Balms

unscented lip balm

Scence Lip Balms are sold in easy-to-compost cardboard tubes, made by two sisters in Cornwall, who power their business using solar panel from the roof. These balms are made with organic plant-based ingredients that will soften at 30 degrees but firm again on cooling, so store in a cool dark place.

Use within 12 months of use, and do not use on broken skin or after shaving or waxing. Made with organic coconut oil, mango butter and sunflower wax. And an SPF30 version (this contains zinc, so don’t let pets lick your lips, as it’s toxic).
