Exhale Organic Coffee (high in antioxidants)

Exhale is a brand of organic coffee (this is proper coffee, so you need to make it in a coffee-making machine of some kind) that is packed with antioxidants, and free from some of the nasties that conventional coffee brands have.

It’s still ‘proper coffee’ with caffeine, though there is a decaff version made with Mountain Water Process (less ‘coffee miles’ than the Swiss Mountain decaffeination process).

Avoid caffeine for pregnancy/nursing and affected medical conditions.

This coffee is not a miracle-worker but is likely to give you the jitters after a few cups, and one cup has as many antioxidants as a cup of blueberries.

The company was founded by a couple who have been together 20 years, a lot of that some spent snorkelling, and marvelling at coral reefs. So for that reason, it’s a B-corp certified company that only uses eco-friendly packaging, home delivery is available.

The coffee works out a tad more expensive, but you get more health benefits, just drink a few cups less and enjoy the taste and health benefits.
