Greentings (reusable post-consumer waste greetings cards)

Greentings is makes greetings cards made with post-consumer waste. But they have unique reusable inserts, just replace and send the same card (use the card passport to follow your card’s journey)

Made in England, a tree is planted for each card bought. Run by a small family business, postage is just 50p (no matter how many cards you buy). Corporate accounts are available.

Most plantable cards are embedded with flowers that are not safe near pets. And may contain non-native plants, not good for pollinators. If you use them, only send to pet-free homes.

Where to recycled used greetings cards

You can pop used greetings cards in with normal recycling. However, cards with glitter need to be binned. Which is why it’s good to have some eco-friendly ones to hand, like these!
