A 4-Ingredient No-Knead Artisan Bread Recipe

We all dream of baking homemade bread. But all those ingredients and all that kneading? This no-knead artisan bread recipe (The Simple Veganista) is the ideal solution! It uses just 4 ingredients, and even makes good pizza dough.

You only need flour, water, salt and yeast to make this loaf. But you have to use the ingredients well. Choose good flour and sea salt, and instant yeast. You’ll also need to let the dough rise for 2 hours (away from children and pets). 

The recipe has instructions for gluten-free loaves, you’ll have to adjust the ingredients slightly. Spread with vegan butter (Flora has no palm oil) or serve with homemade soup or vegan sandwiches.
