COG vegan footwear (made in family Portuguese workshops)

COG vegan footwear offers an alternative to mass-produced expensive leather sneakers, made in the Far East (for men or women). These are all animal-kind, made with eco-friendly materials and sent in recycled cardboard boxes. And the artisans are Portoguese, who earn their trade ethically in family workshops.
Vegan sneakers are easy to keep clean with a damp cloth. Just be sure to measure your feet before purchase (in a shoe shop) to avoid the hassle of returns. And avoid machine-washing.

This brand was launched by the creator Camara Omar GWenhaël (hence the name!) who wanted to offer a European-made brand of vegan leather goods, using up waste materials like apples, corn, recycled plastic bottles and even upcycled cotton and cork.
It’s a French brand (made in Portugal because this has very good affordable shoe-making factories, which France does not). But it beats having items made from leather in the far east.
These sneakers are water-resistant but ‘not for jumping in puddles! The range includes sneakers, lace-up shoes and boots in all styles and colours.
Why choose vegan leather footwear?

Vegan leather footwear offers an alternative to footwear made from animals. It’s animal-kind, better for the planet and easy to keep clean. Plus supports ethical artisans in Europe.
Vegan leather shoes are available in many designs, from sneakers and boots to dress shoes and sandals. The material can be produced in different colors, textures, and finishes, giving shoppers a broad range of looks.
Vegan footwear is available across a range of budgets. Price alone does not indicate quality, so compare construction, fit, materials, and warranty or repair options before buying.
