Why read this book?

Keeping a nature journal is more interesting than a self-absorbed diary, where you wallow on about your own life and woes. A nature journal inspires you to look in your own backyard, garden or park. Or by the beach, to be amazed at the beautiful planet we share with other creatures.

Most of us know that creativity and time outdoors are good for our wellbeing. Combining quick and easy exercises with the latest research on nature connection, wellbeing and creativity, this book will inspire you to get strated.
