Hemp is only slightly related to cannabis, and won’t make you high! In fact, it’s a great crop as it grows organically and unlike cotton, can also be grown in England. It’s cool in summer and warm in winter, and naturally biodegrades back to earth. Other parts of the crop are made into seeds to rope.

Tips to stay safe in the sun

Lullaby Trust says though hats are good in cold weather, layers (hats, socks, cardigans) should be removed indoors, in cars or warmer temperatures to avoid overheating.  It recommends indoor temperatures from 16°C to 20°C (check temperature on chest or back).
