Choose from:
Cornish Cassis is a liqueur made with organic Cornish blackcurrants. Full of fresh fruit flavours, this is nice neat over ice, or add to sparkling wine.
Hot cross bun liqueur is lightly spiced and laced with sweet sultanas and candied citrus, with a vanilla zesty finish. Made with oat cream, serve neat.
Wild Woods hedgerow liqueur features ripe orchard fruits like plums and medlars, finished with plump blackberries and sloes. Pair with sparkling wine, as an alternative to sloe gin.
Crema di Pannetone is like drinking one of those fancy Italian sweet bread desserts. With vanilla and candied citrus, laced with sweet sultanas. Made with oat cream, serve chilled over ice, or shaked into a favourite cocktail.

Limoncello is a homegrown version (although of course the lemons are imported!) version of everyone’s favourite Italian liqueur. The sharp lemons are balanced with raw cane sugar. A nice cocktail mixer or after-dinner digestive.
Arancello is similar, but this time the lemons are replaced by the zesty tang of organic Spanish oranges. A bit smoother on the palate!
Amaro Rosso is a bitter-sweet herby aperitif, nice neat or as the base for a Negroni. Similar to Campari.
Coffee liqueur is Cornwall’s answer to Tia Maria! Made with sweet vanilla and chocolate, this uses locally roasted beans for a deep flavour.

Triple Sec is Cornwall’s answer to cointreau! This orange spirit is made with bittersweet peel, ideal for cocktails.
