Atlantic Distillery organic cocktail drinks (from Cornwall)

Atlantic Distillery negroni

Atlantic Distillery organic cocktail drinks are ideal alternatives to the big brands. Not just organic and vegan, but also supporting the Cornish economy, which suffers due to second homes pricing local people out of the market.

Rinse then recycle bottles (caps can be left on, machines separate them). Recycle corks in bulk at Recorked.

The range includes:

Organic Negroni is Cornwall’s answer to the popular Italian cocktail. Made with a trio of Jynevra gin, red vermouth and amaro rosso. Just pour 75ml over a single large ice cube, and serve with a curve of orange peel. Negroni Maturato is a grown-up take, wiht wood-smoke.

Atlantic distillery espresso martini

Espresso Martini features sweet vanilla and chocolate tones, with double-extracted cold brewe coffee liqueur, blended with Dowr vodka. Shake well over ice, and strain for a perfect pour.

Organic bramble is a classic, as sharp as its namesake! This combines nostalgic sweet dark hedgerow berries with zesty lemons, combined with juniper Jynevra gin.

Organic Cosmo combines tart cranberry juice and tart citrus notes, combined with Dowr vodka and punchy organic Triple Sec orange liqueur. Shake and strain, garnish with peel.

Organic vegan bitters

Atlantic Distillery’s organic vegan bitters are the Cornish alternative to Angostura bitters, the Trinidadian cocktail ingredients that is sold in nearly all bars. So why not support local artisans instead?

  • Aromatic bitters have earthy notes of gentian and wormwood and floral hibiscius with a biting zest. Note hibiscus is not safe during pregnancy, so assuming you’re not drinking alcohol, also avoid it for mocktails.
  • Orange bitters are made with Spanish oranges, to add natural zest to homemade cocktails.
