Planthood (wholefood, plant-based meal kits)

planthood

Planthood offers chef-made wholefood plant-based meal kits, an ideal alternative to ready-meals that are more affordable than home-delivered meals, yet do a lot of the work for you, if you are busy or perhaps unable to cook from scratch, for whatever reason.

Keep dry ice away from children and pets, and recycle packaging at supermarket bag bins, if your kerbside does not recycle. Read more on food safety for people and pets.

Just bin scraps from alliums (onions, garlic, leeks, shallots, chives) and citrus/tomato/rhubarb scraps, as acids may harm compost creatures.

In just 15 minutes, enjoy restaurant-style plant-based cuisine, right in your kitchen.

All the packaging can be recycled or composted, rinse pouches and dressing pots out beforehand. You can return liners and ice packs to the company for reuse. Although nontoxic, it’s best to avoid pouring ice gel down the drain, as it could cause clogs.

The boxes are quicker than a recipe box, but quicker than a ready meal! They include sauces, garnishes and fresh veg. Most ingredients are organic, and everything is designed with gut-health in mind with high-fibre vegetables, fermented foods and polyphenols.
