Veecoco (Germany) is a wonderful site run by two brothers who offer lots of online classes by some of the best chefs and teachers in the world. Take a free 7-day trial then get access to over 800 lessons from 23 courses. From Thai, Japanese and Italian food to raw food and desserts, new courses are released regularly.

Food Future Institute (US) is run by world-class chef Matthew Kenney, and as well as offering an extensive course for ambitious home cooks, his foundation course is ideal for professional chefs. Learn how to make nut cheeses, ice-creams, fresh pasta and pizza, breads, desserts and pastries. Plus there is education on raw foods, gluten-free baking and menu planning.
