The Happy Healthy Plant-Based Cookbook is a fabulous cookbook from a couple who growing up in America’s Midwest, ate a traditional meat and potatoes diet, yet always felt tired, uncomfortable and unhealthy. So they made the switch to whole food plant-based eating. And amazed by the results, they qualified themselves in nutrition, and now teach other families how to eat well. Use alongside a good vegan supplement for children.
Always check for allergies, before serving food. Read more on food safety for people and pets. Just bin allium scraps (onion, leeks, garlic, shallots, chives) along with rhubarb, tomato and citrus scraps, as acids may harm compost creatures.
In their debut cookbook, you’ll find a guide to learning how to eat, move and rest, a 40-day ‘meal, movement and mindfulness’ plan and 75 plant-based recipes the family will love.
Recipes include:
- Liquid Gold Immunity Juice
- Garden Greens Lasagne
- Stacked Veggie Sandwich
- Flip-Free Protein Pancakes
- Sweet Potato and Kale Chilli
- Tasty Lentil Quinoa Tacos
- Raw Rainbow Fruit Pizza
- Rainbow Mango Pad Thai

The book also includes stunning colour photos, a grocery and equipment list, and tips for plant-based pregnancy.
