Essential Ingredients for Vegan Pizza

To avoid palm oil, you can make your own dough. The easiest and quickest method is to combine self-rising flour and dairy-free Greek yoghurt, for a 2-ingredient pizza dough.
Or if you want to cheat, you can use The Northern Dough Co ready-made pizza doughs, which you can find in freezer aisles in grocery stores.

Once you’ve baked your dough, you simply smother the top with a tomato sauce (with herbs, optional minced garlic, herbs, salt and black pepper). Then top with sliced veggies of your choice (red onion, mushrooms, red pepper, pitted olives), sprinkle over some vegan mozzarella shreds (and optional vegan sausage) and a few fresh basil or spinach leaves.
Then bake for 10 to 15 minutes, taking care to watch so it doesn’t burn. Cool and eat!
