(almost healthy) Airfryer Jam Doughnuts

These jam doughnuts (Rainbow Nourishments) are a healthier plant-based take on those sugary doughnuts you can find in shops, with jam oozing inside. These are made with flour, plant milk, vegan butter (Flora has no palm oil), sugar, instant yeast, vanilla and nutmeg. Plus coated in cinnamon sugar.
Keep fresh bread dough away from young children and pets. Read more on food safety for people and pets (nutmeg is toxic to pets).
Air-fryers are great. Just one purchase lets you make all kinds of foods (you can even make ‘homemade chips’ with a little oil). And you can also use them to save energy, by cooking ready-meals, instead of the oven.
Deep-fat fryers are England’s biggest cause of kitchen fires, so your local fire crew will thank you, for replacing it. Know that it’s UK law for companies selling you an electrical appliance (in this case an air-fryer) to take old appliances (like chip fat fryers) back for recycling.
