Each purchase helps to offset carbon, by investing in reforestation projects. The designs are also printed with water-based environmental inks. Made in Germany and printed in Sweden.

Seep Eco Pop-Up Sponges (plastic-free!)

Seep eco pop-up sponges are not just good for cleaning your home, they are plastic-free and can be sent through the letterbox, so it’s no issue if you’re not home! Buy one pack, or register for a regular subscription (each one should last around four weeks).

Perfect for wiping up spills, these look like a flat paper sponge, but just run it under the tap, to watch it transform into a full-size sponge. After use, you can simply pop it in the washing machine, to use again.
Made from cellulose wood pulp, this sponge stops microplastics going down sinks, and into the sea. And at end of use, just cut it up and bin, or pop it in your compost bin.
Sold in plastic-free packaging, carbon offprint is offset, and it’s also made ethically. Dry out between uses, to discourage mould.
Brilliant concept. Best sponges ever!
The pop up sponges are fabulous. I use them all around the house. So glad they are not going to landfill.
I absolutely love these sponges. Still gives me great joy to pop them!
Seep Rubber Cleaning Gloves (in cardboard packs)

Seep rubber cleaning gloves are good quality, but different from you-know-who, because not only are they are made with natural rubber, but unlike most brands, these are sold in cardboard packs (no plastic). They also have textured fingers, to help you grip things, while washing-up.
Avoid for latex allergies. Use a separate pair for dishwashing, than cleaning. At end of use, cut them up (to speed up biodegradation) and pop in your bin!

Designed with soft lining for extra comfort, each pack includes 3 packs of gloves which should last you a long time.
The natural rubber is sourced from trees by tapping (like maple syrup, this does not require trees to be chopped down). So does not contribute to deforestation. And this company also donates to reforestation project, to offset the carbon from shipping the rubber from abroad.
Made ethically in Sri Lanka, choose from small, medium or large sizes. Rinse with water after use, and dry out between uses, to prevent mould (store away from sunlight).

A One-Year Supply of Eco Sponge Scourers

Seep eco sponge scourers are sold online, just sign up for a one-year supply. Unlike most washing-up sponges that are made from plastic, these are plastic-free and work even better. Over 1 million already sold!

Perfect for washing the dishes, you can also use them safely on non-stick pots and pans, and they can even be washed in the machine, then used again.
One sign is a normal sponge, and the other side is natural loofah, to scour dirty pots and pans. One sponge should last you 4 weeks or more, so a pack of 12 will last you a whole year.
Made from wood pulp cellulose (sewed with cotton to bind the loofah side), these sponges don’t release microplastics down the sink, and are also sold in easy to recycle plastic-free packaging. At end of use, you can either bin them, or cut them up and pop them in your compost bin.
Made ethically, the company also offsets carbon by planting trees through a reforestation charity.
Just ensure you dry these out between uses to prevent mould.
These cleaning sponges are really great. They clean even really greasy dirty pans well, and whereas normal sponges often get coated so have to be thrown away, these just need to be washed through with hot water, and they’re good to go again. I’m very impressed.
Seep Eco Copper Scourers (in plastic-free packs)

Seep eco copper scourers are the zero waste alternative to those cheap silver scourers, sold in plastic packs. These are made from real copper, and sold in cardboard packs (each one contains six scourers).
Naturally anti-bacterial, these scourers won’t rust, because they are copper! They are real powerhouses to clean tough stains in the kitchen, and a safe efficient scourer for most surfaces.
To use, just rinse before and after use, and dry between uses, to prevent mould. Each one should last around six months, then either recycle in your green bin (or take a metal recycling centre).
Do not use on non-stick or delicate surfaces (like porcelain) and avoid acidic liquids. Don’t use copper in gardens to deter slugs/snails as it can harm (instead, read how to humanely deter slugs and snails).
Really got to grips with burned-on stains.
