Simple Sweet Potato & Chocolate Cake (almost healthy!)

This sweet potato vegan chocolate cake (Rainbow Nourishments) is made with natural wholesome ingredients. You can sweeten the cake with natural sugar if wished, but it’s worth splurging for the superior taste!
Avoid caffeine for pregnancy/nursing. Avoid chocolate near pets. Read up on food safety for people and pets.
Use a quality Dutch-processed cocoa powder (don’t skimp) as this makes for the superior flavour, when combined with a little melted vegan chocolate. No margarine is needed, as the cake is bound with a little oil, no eggs required either. Just some good plant milk.
Leftover slices can stored in the fridge for a few days, in an airtight container.
