Everleaf Mountain (a no-alcohol strawberry aperitif)

Everleaf Mountain

Everleaf Mountain is a no-alcohol aperitif created by a conservation biologist. So the ingredients and packaging are as sustainable as could be.

Contains flavours of wild strawberries and cherries, for an almond (not as sweet as Marzipan) flavour. Also contains flavours of rosehip and wormwood for a tart sharp finish.

For example, buying gum acacia helps to support Africa’s Great Green Corridor (increasing arable land in a region bordering the Sahara desert). And purchasing real vanilla helps to fund conservation, education and women’s rights in Madagascar.

All alcohol-free drinks contain a little booze (0.5%). So it’s recommended still to avoid for pregnancy/nursing.

Rinse then recycle bottles (caps can be left on, machines can recognise and separate them).

How to serve Everleaf Mountain

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Pour over 50ml Everleaf Mountain
  • Add 150ml light tonic water
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries
