Always check with your GP before taking supplements, if pregnant/nursing or on other medication or supplements. Keep away from children and pets.
Do not take menopause supplements with anticoagulants or the combined contraceptive pill. If you use the mini pill, you can usually take them at the opposite time of day. The supplement may suit women after a hysterectomy, including surgical menopause, and can be used post-menopause as well.
It can be taken alongside HRT, though you should consult your GP first. If you take HRT, ask for brands that are not made with the urine of pregnant horses (some use chained horses to make HRT medicine).

How to Take Feel Menopause
Just take 2 capsules daily with food (one bottle lasts a month). The supplement is soy-free and is packed in plant-based capsules (from tapioca).
Feel Pro Menopause is similar, but this time in sachets. Just pour one sachet into water, and drink (one pack lasts 30 days). The powder is mango-flavoured.
How This Supplement Helps Menopause
Oestrogen levels decline as women get older, and this supplement contains red clover isoflavones (which has a similar structure) and vitamin B6, which together work to regulate hormonal activity.
It also contains vitamin B12 to help energy levels, and vitamin B5 (panthothenic acid) which can help neutral transmitters, for good mental health. Expect these benefits in the first month.
Menopause symptoms can occur up to 10 years before menopause (known as perimenopause), as hormones start to fluctuate. You enter menopause when you have not had a menstrual period for a year, and the menopause period can last up to 4 years after that.
Then oestrogen levels balance out, and you should no longer need a supplement.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is often recommended. But it has many side effects (including nausea, headaches and digestive issues). Plus it’s tested on animals. And some brands are even made from the urine of pregnant horses, chained up akin to factory farm animals, with their foals killed.
How Long to Feel the Benefits?
After 1 month of taking this supplement, the combination of Vitamin B12 and folic acid should help you to feel less fatigue. Maca and ginseng are included to promote calm. Both vitamins B6 and vitamin B12 are also good for the immune system.
After 3 months, red blood production from folic acid, should mean better energy levels, and less fatigue. The B vitamins combined should now also be helping general immunity and mood level.
After 1 year, expect the combination of vitamins and isoflavones to regulate hormonal activity and energy.
