Why choose recycled paper notebooks?

Traditional notebooks are made with virgin paper, which means fast-growing trees are planted to be chopped down. Which does not support native wildlife, nor reduce climate emissions (unlike slow-growing old growth trees).

Recycled notebooks help to use up post-consumer waste paper, to stop it going to landfill.

Where to recycle old notebooks?

You can rip out the pages and recycle as normal. You have to bin any glued spines. You can recycle metal binding in normal recycling.
