Respirited vodka (made from surplus grain)

Respirited is a unique brand of vodka, in that it’s made with surplus grain that otherwise would have gone to landfill as food waste. The grain is distilled five times, then filtered through charcoal.

It’s also sold in recycled bottles with compostable closures and biodegradable recycled labels.

Rinse then recycle bottles (caps can be left on, machines separate them). Recycle corks in bulk at Recorked. 

Corks are too dense to compost, so send off in bulk to Recorked for recycling. 

How to serve Respirited vodka

Respirited Lime and soda

• Fill a glass with ice
• Add 50ml of Respirited vodka
• Add a couple of squeezed lime wedges
• Top with soda water
• Garnish with a lime wedge

Bloody Mary

• Fill a glass with ice.
• Add 50ml of Respirited vodka
• Add a squeezes of lemon and pinch of salt
• Top with tomato juice
• Add optional vegan Worcestershire sauce
• Garnish with a celery stick
