Jungle Culture reusable bamboo drinking straws 

Jungle Culture bamboo straws are sold in a set of 6, in a hessian carry case. Handmade by a small artisan family farm in rural Vietnam. Don’t leave bamboo straws in water, or they will biodegrade away!

The set includes a cleaning guide and eco craft box. Suitable for juice, soda and cocktails, with extra-wide straws for smoothies and mylkshakes.

Don’t give straws to babies (choking hazards). Open cups also let babies develop facial muscles for speech/eating. Avoid metal straws for children, dexterity issues or if on the move (as they don’t bend). 

What is bamboo?

Industrial bamboo is the same as fresh shoots, eaten by pandas. It’s the world’s fastest-growing grass, and therefore more sustainable than wood, as trees can grow for decades before being harvested.

The only caveat is that it’s not good when wet. So don’t leave your bamboo straw in water, as it will biodegrade away!
