Bone Aid features plant-based calcium from sustainably-harvested seaweed, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen and an active MK7 form of vitamin K2 from chickpeas. Together these form powerful nutrients for strong healthy bones.

Calcium is absorbed into the bloodstream, so needs a little help from vitamins D and K2 to reach your bones. Vitamin D ramps the production of a special protein, while vitamin K2 activates this protein to stop calcium depositing on the walls of blood vessels. This can prevent calcification in arteries, and instead leads calcium to where you need it, in your bones.

The capsules are made from plant cellulose from the Pinus Elliottii tree, and can be separated and the contents mixed with food or drink if preferred.
