A Book of Vegan Recipes from an Aussie Baker

Cakeboi Goes Vegan is a fun and fresh baking book, by a Masterchef finalist in Australia. Founder of a local bakery, he has managed to perfect vegan baking, to share recipes for flaky tarts, fluffy sponges and creamy cheesecakes, all with plant-based ingredients.
To avoid palm oil, use Flora vegan butter (and make your own pastry (keep fresh dough away from children and pets). Read more on food safety for people and pets (many ingredients like chocolate, nuts, dried fruits, citrus and nutmeg are unsafe near animal friends).
Bin citrus/rhubarb/tomato scraps, as acids may harm compost creatures (same for allium scraps (onion, garlic, leeks, shallots, chives).

Recipes include:

- Apple Turnovers
- Vanilla Slices
- Dutch Apple Tart
- Coconut, Choc & Raspberry Cake
- No-Bake Key Lime Pie
- Cinnamon Scrolls
- Fudgy Chocolate Brownie
- Hummingbird Cake
- Banana Tarte Tatin
