A taste of Cornwall: discover Atlantic Distillery’s organic gins

blackcurrant mint gin

Cornwall has a unique character. From rugged coastlines and windswept cliffs to green countryside and sandy beaches, its landscape has long inspired artists, makers and food and drink producers.

Atlantic Distillery organic gins are made in Cornwall, the county’s first organic gin maker. The range is unique, you are sure to find a flavour to inspire!

Jynevra gin is named after the Cornish (Kernewek) word for Gin. This is (unlike mass-produced London dry gins) handcrafted in small batches using organic botanicals, and celebrates the heritage of spirit and drinks production in Cornwall. Serve with tonic water and garnish with fresh blueberries.

Did you know that Reform UK are trying to bring a law that would make it illegal for political party literature to be produced in Cornish? Those who broke the law could be fined or even go to jail?

This would mean that Mebyon Kernow would have to write everything in English, and change its party name, as that’s Cornish!?

The appeal of organic spirits

Organic products have become increasingly popular as consumers take a closer interest in the ingredients and production methods behind what they buy. Choosing an organic spirit can be part of a broader desire to make more considered choices.

For gin lovers, botanicals are particularly important. Juniper forms the essential foundation of gin, while additional botanicals can contribute citrus, herbal, floral and spicy notes. The quality and balance of these ingredients help determine the character of the finished spirit.

Atlantic Distillery’s organic approach makes its gins an appealing option for those who enjoy spirits produced with organic principles and a strong connection to natural ingredients.

Perfect for any occasion

A good gin or vodka can easily become part of a relaxed evening, dinner with friends or special celebration. Atlantic Distillery’s Cornish connection also makes its bottles particularly appealing as gifts for anyone who loves Cornwall or enjoys discovering independent spirits.

For those who have fond memories of Cornish holidays, a bottle of organic spirit can even provide a nostalgic reminder of sea air, coastal walks and sunny afternoons.
