• Sicilian blend – juniper and toasted almond flavours, with refreshing citrus peel.
• Gin Thai blend with tropical fruits, floral herbs and a kick of cayenne
• English country garden gin – aromas and tastes of rose and apple
• Sloe gin – dry rather than sweet, this is made from ‘spent berries’ and soaked in Trinity Blend for some months.
