Agazi is a brand of vegan shoes in Poland, where design and production takes place under one roof, rather than outsourcing to other places. Most employees are women, many from refugee backgrounds, among them Ukraine.

The company also has a Second Leg programme, where customers can return worn shoes that are then cleaned, refurbished and donated to a new wearer in need. This stops them going to landfill.
